A passionate advocate for women, she is the co-creator and co-host of Straighten Your Crown, a podcast for female founders who want to take over the world. Amy also serves as a pitch coach for startup founders who are looking to perfect their storytelling for both off and on stage investor pitches. Previously, Amy led emerging business development at Google, including the international launch of Google Pay across Europe. Her training in sales & communication made her a top rated facilitator for Google's public speaking & mindfulness workshops. Prior to Google, Amy was an award-winning Account Executive for OpenTable, where she helped build the company's revenue towards its 2009 IPO. Amy holds a B.A. in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Sapna Shah is an angel investor, retail expert and three-time entrepreneur. Through Red Giraffe Advisors, Sapna makes early-stage seed investments in retail tech, fashion tech, ecommerce and consumer startups. Sapna is also the founder of Retail X Series, a retail startup boot camp program for pre-seed stage founders who are revolutionizing the future of retail. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the NY Tech Alliance. Previously, Sapna co-founded Retail Eye Partners, an independent Wall Street equity research firm. Sapna also co-founded a menswear e-commerce retailer, Mind the Chap. FoodtoEat helps businesses feed employees great food and build stronger & more diverse work cultures. She is also a Co-Founder of Bikky, a platform solving customer engagement for restaurants. As a mother and small business owner, Deepti is a vocal advocate for policies that benefit these communities.
